James works with the group, teaching the principles of 'Ride From Within' on the ground as they went directly to the afternoon session, the application in the saddle. 

This will be a combination of healing exercises and both visual and practical demonstrations to bring the principles to life through direct experience in the body.

The result is a clear understanding of the root causes of tension and imbalance and the unconscious habits that have arisen from them for each individual.

THE MORNING ‘WORKSHOP’ IS OPEN TO NON-RIDERS AND IS OF HUGE VALUE TO ALL.

Each rider receives a private or shared lesson, depending on time available and number of riders. .

Each mounted lesson addresses the rider’s specific root issues uncovered in the mornings groundwork by first being taught how to become aware of the issues while riding and then by being given the tools to fix them.
